Project Description:

Topographic survey (Hwy 1 - 264 to Whatcom MDDT 871 CS 1176) of existing rest area including utilities and surrounding lands for expanding the site. Confirmation of pipe material including photo record. Measurement of existing pipe circumference. Confirmation of concrete or pipe carrier encasements. Measurement of existing concrete encasement (i.e., pipe surround) Cutting line through the forested areas for topo on water courses and high points on the parcel. Tie in all legal survey evidence to create the legal fabric for the location for future expansion.

Survey was completed in coordination with the on-site hydrovacing work to ensure that accurate data is collected on time at survey locations. Data was processed and compiled to BC MOTI standards before being provided to Client. Source survey data in both CSV file and Autodesk Civil 3D file format in BC MOTI codes and layering standards within the Project coordinate system.
